Job SummaryThe HR Executive is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function through recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement activities. The role ensures smooth HR processes, fosters a positive work culture, and aligns HR practices with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.Manage job postings, resume databases, and hiring portals.Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters.2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle ManagementPlan and facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/HRIS systems.Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and role changes.3. HR Operations & DocumentationHandle employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.Maintain employee files, documentation, and HR records securely.Assist in preparing HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, etc.).Manage exit process, resignation formalities, and full & final settlements.4. Employee Engagement & RelationsCoordinate employee welfare activities and engagement events.Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances professionally.Support initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.5. Performance ManagementSupport implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS).Assist in goal-setting, performance tracking, and appraisal coordination.Follow up with managers and employees on evaluations and feedback.6. Compliance & Policy ImplementationEnsure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.Assist in statutory compliance related to labour laws and audits.Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical HR practices.7. Reporting & HR AnalyticsPrepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.Track KPIs related to recruitment, turnover, training, and HR operations. Job Description: Fiber TechnicianPosition SummaryWe are seeking a full time Fiber Optic Technician to become an integral part of our team! Youwill install, test and trouble shoot SM fiber optic cables in a FTTH network.Responsibilities: Installation and maintenance of a Fiber Optics FTTH network Install, repair and resolve fiber optic systems and ensure that they work properly Take care of fiber splicing and rectify fiber optic problem areas Splice and Terminate SM fiber Perform basic to complex installation, troubleshooting & repair of fiber systems underminimal supervision Access the fiber optic splice enclosure and splice the necessary fibers directly from abucket truck Perform fiber tests: OTDR, power meter/laser source, and scopes. Prep, tray, and splice fiber optic cable ranging from single fiber to large counts as well asperform ring cuts when needed Install demarcation enclosures, switches and other telecom equipment Fiber optic test and troubleshooting abilities Other duties as assignedSkills and Abilities Commit to safe work there is nothing more important! Monitor, communicate and perform corrective actions to fix problems affecting any fiberor fiber related equipment Prep cable, splicing, connectors, installation of fiber optic cabinets OSP/ISP splice enclosure manufacturers Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and/or install fiber-based services Splice and fiber issues using industry standard equipment Terminate, splice, document and test fiber optic cablesJob ExperienceDesired: Recent Fiber Installation - Pulling/Terminating fiber cabling. Fusion splicing/terminations FOA Certification is a plus General knowledge of OTDR and Light Source and Power Meters Familiar with splice drawings and OTDR test sheets and reading traces Ability to read splicing matrix and design drawings Cable prep/single and mass fusion splicing and termination abilities Fiber optic test and troubleshooting abilities
