As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in connecting with customers and promoting our products or services. Your main responsibilities and expectations for this position are outlined below:

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: You will reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce our offerings and generate interest in our products.

- Handle Customer Inquiries: Address questions and provide information to customers regarding services, pricing, and promotions, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently.

- Update Customer Database: Accurately record customer interactions and update information in the database to maintain up-to-date records.
