## Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Overseas Education Counselor to join our growing team in Jammu. In this role, you will be the face of our company, guiding students through their journey of studying abroad. You will provide expert advice on international destinations, universities, and specific pathways like our International Mobility Programmes (., Mauritius, UK).

## Key Responsibilities

* Student Counseling: Guide students and parents regarding overseas education options, university selection, course requirements, and career pathways.

* Lead Conversion: Convert walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and digital leads into active registrations.

* Program Expertise: Clearly communicate unique program selling points, including low-budget options (under $4000), visa success rates, work-while-study benefits, and campus perks.

* Documentation & Filing: Assist students with the complete application process, document checklists, and visa file preparation.

* Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and handle student queries with empathy and professionalism.

* Database Management: Keep accurate, updated records of student interactions and application statuses in the company system.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* Education: Graduate in any stream; an MBA in HR or Marketing is highly preferred.

* Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Study Abroad Counselor or Visa Consultant.

* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Dogri/Punjabi (local languages are a plus for parental counseling).

* Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, convincing power, and a problem-solving attitude.

* Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), email etiquette, and CRM software.
