Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.Manage job postings, resume databases, and hiring portals.Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters.2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle ManagementPlan and facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/HRIS systems.Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and role changes.3. Job Description: Fiber TechnicianPosition SummaryWe are seeking a full time Fiber Optic Technician to become an integral part of our team! Youwill install, test and trouble shoot SM fiber optic cables in a FTTH network.Responsibilities: Installation and maintenance of a Fiber Optics FTTH network Install, repair and resolve fiber optic systems and ensure that they work properly Take care of fiber splicing and rectify fiber optic problem areas Splice and Terminate SM fiber Perform basic to complex installation, troubleshooting & repair of fiber systems underminimal supervision Access the fiber optic splice enclosure and splice the necessary fibers directly from abucket truck Perform fiber tests: OTDR, power meter/laser source, and scopes. Prep, tray, and splice fiber optic cable ranging from single fiber to large counts as well asperform ring cuts when needed Install demarcation enclosures, switches and other telecom equipment Fiber optic test and troubleshooting abilities Other duties as assignedSkills and Abilities Commit to safe work there is nothing more important!
