# Job Description - Field Sales Officer## Position**Field Sales Officer**## DepartmentSales & Marketing## Reports ToArea Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager## Job SummaryThe Field Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales by appointing distributors, developing retail outlets, maintaining customer relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, collecting market intelligence, and ensuring timely collections.
