Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to join our wealth management firm. Responsibilities include (i) Client Service Requests a. Receive and process client service requests in a timely mannerb. To ensure timely fulfilment of client service requests by liaising with various AMC (Asset Management Companies) and other service providers.c. Track and monitor the status of service requests to ensure timely completion(ii) Back Office reporting a. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. b. Prepare regular reports on client engagement and outreach activities. c. Update client profiles and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.(iii) Making calls to set up appointments and meetings a. Co-ordinate and schedule meetings with prospective and existing clients.b. Manage calendar for our founder and ensure optimal scheduling efficiency.c. Provide necessary information and materials to clients in preparation for the meetingsThe ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing client inquiries promptly. Strong communication skills and a keen understanding or willingness to learn about the financial markets will be beneficial.
