As an Airport Ground Staff member at our Kolkata location, you will be responsible for assisting passengers during their airport experience. This includes check-in, boarding, and providing customer service.Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth check-in processes by verifying passenger information and issuing boarding passes. You will also assist passengers with boarding procedures, helping them find their seats and stow their carry-on luggage.Other duties include providing excellent customer service by answering passenger inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of aviation procedures and regulations, as well as excellent hospitality skills. Attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.We are looking for candidates who are 10th pass with 0-3 years of experience. *Passenger assistance: Greeting passengers, answering questions, and providing information .*Baggage handling: Checking in baggage, helping with delayed or lost baggage, and loading and unloading luggage .*Flight operations: Planning, monitoring, and controlling flight operations, including drawing and restocking aircraft .*Ticket sales: Selling airline tickets and making reservations .*Cabin cleaning: Cleaning aircraft after flights and ensuring safety compliance .*Other duties: Screening passengers and luggage, supporting disabled passengers, and helping passengers get on and off the plane .

To deal with passengers and give them support accordingly.

- Coordinate with airlines and ground staff to ensure timely and efficient loading and unloading of cargo from aircraft.Ensuring that all cargo is properly labeled, documented, and securely loaded onto the aircraft.- Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on the status of their cargo.Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their cargo shipments.- Monitor and track the movement of cargo from departure to arrival.Keeping detailed records of all cargo shipments and communicating any delays or issues to the relevant parties.- Assist in the handling of any cargo-related issues or emergencies.Quickly and efficiently resolving any issues that may arise during the transportation of cargo.Required Skills and Expectations:1.
