Air Cargo Executive - Full Time - Freshers

- Coordinate with airlines and ground staff to ensure timely and efficient loading and unloading of cargo from aircraft.

Ensuring that all cargo is properly labeled, documented, and securely loaded onto the aircraft.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on the status of their cargo.

Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their cargo shipments.

- Monitor and track the movement of cargo from departure to arrival.

Keeping detailed records of all cargo shipments and communicating any delays or issues to the relevant parties.

- Assist in the handling of any cargo-related issues or emergencies.

Quickly and efficiently resolving any issues that may arise during the transportation of cargo.
