Company: Leading automotive engineering company in PuneJob description: Co-ordination between internal teams, vendors and end customers Day to day update to HOD regarding new and current on-going projects Support BD for RFQ study for any missing details and relevant previous project data and practices Internal target dates assigning and final time plan preparation & submission to customer CFT formation for new projects. Arrange for review & kick-off sessions accordingly BOP & Polymer developments for new products. Other existing products implementation for effective productivity & cost reduction Sound knowledge of Checking Fixture development, Jigs, SPMs Follow-ups with vendors for moulds, fixtures & BOP Plan and Manage tool trials, collect trial feedback and implement/review with internal departments Project Scope Change validation and execution with team Timely update to customer about project progress and issues Final CAD sign-off with customer, polymer finalisation, confirmation, DVP sign-off if any Alerting internal teams for any delay/go-slow/further continuation of the project after receiving the clearances/intimation Timely and proper generation of MIS reports about project developments, plans, budgets, risk, ECR, etcEducational Qualification: BE mechanical /Production with MBATechnical Skills: Catia V5, 3D CAD Engineering knowledge of PPC, Mfg. Engg, painting, et, Contemporary / relevant AutoCAD packages 2D/3DSoft Skills: Communications skills, team building, customer interaction skills Good interpersonal skills, communication and behavioural mind-setExperience: 6-9 years of experience with 4-6 years in automotive manufacturing and proven experience in end to end project management
