Urgent OpeningMaintenance Manager(Granulation)(Pharmaceutical Company)Job Location: Vasai East (Palghar) Maharashtra Education: B Tech Mechanical Experience: 8 to 9 Years of experience required in Granulation, To maintain & monitoring of power consumption report daily i.e. card regarding report. To maintain power factory near to unity to minimize the power losses & consumption by calculating (everyday) active reactive & apparent power. Closely monitoring the working efficiency of each & every machines & equipment by comparing inputs & outputs to achieve maximum efficiency. To minimize the break-down & obtaining maximum output by doing effective maintenance works. To carry our preventive maintenance as per planned schedule prepared for the year & maintain records of preventive maintenance check sheets for all machines To meet the various maintenance calls of breakdown receives from various document & solve the problems fastest to minimize the break-drown time & there by achieving maximum output. Closely monitoring the running of all plant machineries & the maintenance if found any abnormalities. Also find out the possible causes of failure to avoid undesired breakdown & minimize breakdown time To verify all the daily reports of utilities & ensure it runs as per the sequential step given in sols. To maintain records of Preventive Maintenance, filter cleaning & AHU cleaning of all AHU. Prepared SOPs for maintenance & utility department. Being as an Authorized person strictly follow the H.T. consume guideline norms & H.T. power distribution cuts. Requirement for H.T. power cut maintenance works. Correspondence & continuously connected power continuity & regulatory requirements. To maintain all the documents require for Electrical inspection office. To assist & reporting the Director for all maintenance & activity functions.

Experience in set up of new factory and then maintenance of the same.Someone with experience of maintaining electronics items like PLC, Skada would be added advantage
