Develop production plan, budget, and timelines according to production specifications. Plan workflow and schedules for production departments. Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.Should know the materials sciences, metallurgy well.Plan workflow and schedules for production departments. Coordinating production operations in accordance with the material, labour, and equipment availability. Coordinate with Managers in planning and implementing engineering changes in production lines.Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labour required for production. Communicate production status to Mangers and Customers on regular basis. Notify Production of any delays and outages.Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences. Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules. Establishing Performance Standard. Comparing Actual Performance against standard.
