Job Responsibilities:1. Sketch Interpretation and Apartment Design: Analyze sketches provided by architects to understand design intent. Develop detailed apartment plans and layouts using design software (e.g., AutoCAD)2. BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and MB (Measurement Book) Preparation: Create accurate BOQ and MB based on apartment designs. Ensure detailed documentation of materials, quantities, and measurements.3. Estimation: Collect and analyze data for cost estimation, considering materials, labor, and other project expenses. Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to obtain accurate pricing information.4. House Planning: Contribute to the development of comprehensive house plans, considering spatial efficiency, aesthetics, and adherence to building codes.
