job responsibilities:

1. sketch interpretation and apartment design:

�� analyze sketches provided by architects to understand design intent.

�� develop detailed apartment plans and layouts using design software (., autocad)

2. boq (bill of quantities) and mb (measurement book) preparation:

�� create accurate boq and mb based on apartment designs.

�� ensure detailed documentation of materials, quantities, and measurements.

3. estimation:

�� collect and analyze data for cost estimation, considering materials, labor, and other project expenses.

�� collaborate with suppliers and contractors to obtain accurate pricing information.

4. house planning:

�� contribute to the development of comprehensive house plans, considering spatial efficiency, aesthetics, and adherence to building codes.

�� work closely with the architectural team to implement design changes.

5. excel sheet for plots information:

�� create an excel sheet to organize and manage poll information.

�� include relevant details such as plot size, ownership, and any other pertinent data.

6. documentation management:

�� maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, plans, and correspondence.

�� ensure documents comply with industry standards.

skills & experience required

candidate must have at least 3+ years of experience working in a township project

candidate must have hands-on experience with auto cad 2d drawings.

candidate must have a diploma in civil engineering with auto cad certification and internship experience or b. arch with prior job experience.
