Continuous Improvement:o Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best designpractices.o Identify and suggest improvements to design processes andtools.Qualifications: Education:o Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, ora related field. (Masters degree is a plus.) Experience:o 1+ years of experience in design engineering or a related role.o Demonstrated experience with product design and developmentprocesses. Skills:o Proficiency in CAD software (Simens NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD,Rhino, or similar).o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.o Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
