Sam Techno School is seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team.Job DescriptionAs a Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in imparting practical knowledge and skills to individuals eager to excel in the fields of CNC machine operationCNC ProgrammingAutoCADSolidWorksSolidCAM. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct practical training sessions to ensure that participants gain practical experience.- Assess the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.- Stay updated on the latest developments in CNC technology, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SolidCAM.- Collaborate with the training team to continually enhance training programs.- Work with trainees individually to address specific learning needs.- Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training programs.- Keep accurate records of training sessions, materials, and participant progress.Qualifications:- Diploma in Engineering or B.Tech degree.- Practical knowledge in CNC machine operation and programming.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SolidCAM.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with trainees.- Patient, adaptable, and passionate about teaching and mentoring.- Problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts.- Previous experience in technical training or education is a plus.Freshers can also apply
