solidworks

solidcam.

key responsibilities:

- conduct practical training sessions to ensure that participants gain practical experience.

- assess the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.

- stay updated on the latest developments in cnc technology, autocad, solidworks, and solidcam.

- collaborate with the training team to continually enhance training programs.

- work with trainees individually to address specific learning needs.

- provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training programs.

- keep accurate records of training sessions, materials, and participant progress.

qualifications:

- diploma in engineering or degree.

- practical knowledge in cnc machine operation and programming.

- proficiency in autocad, solidworks, and solidcam.

- excellent communication and presentation skills.

- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with trainees.

- patient, adaptable, and passionate about teaching and mentoring.

- problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts.

- previous experience in technical training or education is a plus.
