As a Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in imparting practical knowledge and skills to individuals eager to excel in the fields of

CNC machine operation

CNC Programming

AutoCAD

SolidWorks

SolidCAM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct practical training sessions to ensure that participants gain practical experience.

- Assess the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.

- Stay updated on the latest developments in CNC technology, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SolidCAM.

- Collaborate with the training team to continually enhance training programs.

- Work with trainees individually to address specific learning needs.

- Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training programs.

- Keep accurate records of training sessions, materials, and participant progress.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Engineering or degree.

- Practical knowledge in CNC machine operation and programming.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SolidCAM.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with trainees.

- Patient, adaptable, and passionate about teaching and mentoring.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts.

- Previous experience in technical training or education is a plus.
