The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing permit applications, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and assisting in architectural design projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and submit applications for building permits, town planning approvals, and plot sub-divisions.Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to support permit applications.Assist in creating architectural design drawings and project documentation.Keep up-to-date with local building codes, zoning laws, and permit requirements.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion.

a. Well Knowledge in working Drawing in any architectural firm.b. All the drawings should be in layer. c. Should know to set the layout drawings in scale Working drawing layout scaled. d. Need to compare structural drawings with the architectural drawings.

CAD DRAFTSMAN:QUALIFICATION Diploma/B.Tech in mechanical/electrical.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Should have 1-3 Years of Experience SKILLS: Must have good experience in AutoCAD Software - 2D drafting(HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) Good drafting speed. Should be familiar with advanced commands in Autocad. Should possess Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skill . Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail. Knowledge in Revit will be an added advantage. Knowledge in using Microsoft office(word, excel, PowerPoint ).JOB DESCRIPTION: Drafting of relevant discipline for all types of layouts and details. Edit technical draughts based on the recommendations of project engineers. Ability to read and understand the design and construction drawings and generate Estimations (BOQ, BOM).Training of candidates as and when required.Documentation and maintenance of records, client coordination.LOCATION:Palarivattom ,Ernakulum.TIMINGS:8.45am to 5.15pm.(Monday to Saturday)SALARY:10k to 20k.
