Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings. Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with suitable software Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations. Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team. Preparation of schematic layout, approval drawings and working drawings.Co-ordinate with the various external and in-house consultants and get the details and drawings from all the consultants and incorporate it in the working drawings. Release the finalized drawing to the site with Good for Construction seal.Maintenance of drawings in their respective files. (Hard and Soft copies).Preparation of as built drawings in consultation with Project management consultancy.Required to be conversant with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements with respect to AAD Architects.Prepare and maintain all documents/records /formats related to QMS.Required Candidate profile1.
