Maintenance Support:-Assist in day-to-day electrical maintenance and inspections of machines and utilities.Support electricians during planned maintenance and shutdown activities.2. Breakdown Assistance:-Support senior engineers in diagnosing and rectifying electrical breakdowns.Ensure proper restoration and testing after breakdown resolution.3. Preventive Maintenance Planning & Execution:-Assist in execution of preventive maintenance schedules.Help in preparation and updating of PM checklists and records.4. Troubleshooting & Learning:-Assist in troubleshooting of motors, drives, panels, sensors, PLC I/O, and field instruments.Learn fault-finding techniques and standard troubleshooting methods.5. Documentation & Reporting:-Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and spare usage records.Assist in preparation of reports related to downtime, MTTR, and MTBF.6. Safety & Compliance:-Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms, LOTO procedures, and PPE usage.Support audits related to ISO, safety, and statutory compliance.7. Spare & Asset Support:-Assist in monitoring electrical spares and updating asset-related information.Coordinate with stores for spare availability under guidance.8. Continuous Improvement & Projects:-Participate in improvement projects, energy-saving initiatives, and Kaizen activities.Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical systems.Job Location:- Palghar, Maharashtra Industry:- Reputed Manufacturing Industry

Liaison with client and understand their requirement, Make BOQ according to company standards and client requirement.

JOB SCOPE: To provide technical supervision during construction of water and sanitation interventions to achieve quality construction.Roles1. To provide technical supervision during construction of water and sanitation interventions planned under EHIP program.2. To provide technical support or training to engineering team operating in Project villages.3. To provide support to Project Office with any task assigned.ResponsibilitiesProject / Program Activities1. To travel to various project sites as and when required either by available public transport or company / personal vehicle (as per travel and vehicle usage policy).2. To carry out site supervision as per instructions and ensure implementation of quality parameters.3. To liaise with Promoters / Core Community Institutions including for implementing Project activities.4. To assist Promoters / Core Community Institution in procurement of construction material required for construction of sanitation units including repairs.5. To prepare and/or review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) including repairs.6. To support Project Office in assessing quality parameters of construction activities including repairs.7. To deliver Technical Session in the Community Mobilisation activities as and when required.8. To carry out or support any Technical Survey as per instructions.9. To support design team at Corporate office Mumbai with data required for Architectural / Structural Planning including repairs.10. To report fortnightly progress for each site to Reporting Manager.Administration11. To maintain and file all relevant documents pertaining to project activities.12. To maintain / update vehicle (either personal or company) logbook.13. To obtain and submit proper bills / receipt / voucher while incurring any expenditure related to Project.
