To design, develop, and support material handling equipment such as drum tilters, drum trolleys, tackles, tumblers, lifters, and special-purpose handling equipment, ensuring safe, economical, and manufacturable solutions in line with project requirements.Key Responsibilities1. Design & Engineering Design material handling equipment (drum tilter, trolley, tumbler, lifter, tackle, fixtures, etc.) Prepare 2D drawings (GA, fabrication, machining, assembly) Develop 3D models and assemblies Prepare BOM with proper part numbers Conduct interference and fitment checks Support prototype development and design improvementsDesign Calculations Load calculations (static & dynamic) Stability and tipping calculations Selection of shafts, pins, bearings, wheels Hydraulic cylinder and power pack calculations (where applicable) Factor of Safety and basic hand calculations Documentation of calculation sheets for internal / client use

JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title : AUTO CAD & CATIA ENGINEER EngineerGender : Male / FemaleNumber of Post : 3 NumberQualifications : Diploma in Mechanical / BE Mechanical Experience. : 5-6 years in Precision Machining components / AssembliesResponsibilities and Duties0)AUTO CAD & CATIA Software knowledge is must. :1) Knowledge of various machine shop processes/ quality control documentation and various type of manufacturing / machining process.2) Generate accurate CAD/CAM drawings of parts using supplied print or sketch.3) Working Knowledge of design jigs, fixtures or work holding components.4) Working knowledge and understanding of machine tooling and proper usage.5) Working knowledge and understanding of inserts and chip breaker function.6) Working experience in CATIA V5R20 AND AUTO CAD. BOTH ARE COMPULSORY. 7) CANDIDATE FROM AUTO INDUSTRY WILL NOT SUIT FOR OUR ORGANISATION.8) Control the handling of CNC programs from the server to CNC machines.9) Monitor, document and control any changes made to CNC machine.10) He must be able to know process planning and estimation of projects, bill of material for Projects.11) using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-assisted engineering (CAE) software to create prototypes

1) New Product Development. 2) Knowledge of IEEE, IEC, UL, IS etc standards for certification of new products with safety, Peformance and testing requirements. 3) Knowledge of Electrical and Electronics circuits, Schematics, Control systems,circuit design & Calculations. 4) Hands on experience in 3D & 2D design electromechanical systems (JIg, Fixtures, Test benches, 3D modelling & assembly of complete systems, Drafting, GD&T). 5) selection, Procurement of testing instruments and materials for new product development. 6) Getting New prodcuts, materials tested from Labs. 7) Process Development. 8) Creates designs within inter-disciplinary teams to address complex product design and manufacturing challenges. 9) Leads feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs. 10) Develops testing, engineering analysis, qualification testing, Responsible for failure analysis investigations and engineering evaluations. 11) Maintains product documentation (drawings and specifications) and lessons learned; produce design reports, test reports, operating manuals and test procedures.
