Job Title - Faade Designer /Senior Faade DesignerAbout Us We are a faade system company where we provide complete package for facades including consulting, design, fabrication and installation support.Location ThaneExperience 1 to 5 yearsQualification Graduation/ BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/B.ArchJob Summary Faade designer will oversee the shop drawings, concept drawings & fabrication of the faade system.Job Description - Preparation of Material Take off drawings and quantifying details for Tendering. Prepare tender drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings Preparing material take off for awarded Projects based on approved shop drawings and calculations. Providing profile, cutting list and details of materials to be used for the building facades Preparation of fabrication drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass and steel work orders as per site survey and approvals. Issuance of RFI Monitor modelling and maintain direct communications with Clients, Project Engineers/Leaders and update drawings as required Coordinate and monitor submission schedules to ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines and within budget Coordinate with the relevant parties to raise/resolve project related issues which could affect the delivery of the documentationDesired Candidate profile Working knowledge of 3D design software Autocad, Revit Attention to detail & accuracy Ability to work to tight deadlines Fabrication / assembly drawing knowledge Knowledge of steel, aluminium and glass required with proven experience

Job Responsibilities-Produce engineering documents.Produce test procedures, reports and manuals.Contact suppliers for technical support to project managers.Analyse and solve technical problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.Investigate new technologies or existing technologiesRelease production order on SAP.Keep up to date record of 3D drawings with BOM, Manufacturing drawings for Production file release.To study the feedback received from the production department andtake corrective and timely action.Skills RequiredBE Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Sound knowledge of design tools like 3D software Solid Edge / Solid Works, Autocad etc.Knowledge of ERP software.Experience 3 YearsDesired Skills and ExperienceProduct Design, Product Testing, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Adjustments, Design, Computer-Aided Design (CAD)Interested candidate can share their resume-hrshivangi770@gmail.com
