Key Responsibilities1. Conduct Internal Audits as per company procedures and quality standards.2. Handle and coordinate Customer Audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.3. Maintain Aerospace Customer Records, including job photographs, powder consumption records, process records, and other required documentation.12. Maintain Inspection and Test Records (ITR) and ensure proper traceability.13. Prepare and maintain Certificate of Conformance (COC) as per customer requirements.14. Conduct or coordinate sample metallography and hardness testing and maintain test records.15. Carry out sample inspection as per drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.16. Perform in-process sample inspection at different stages of production.17. Monitor quality during machining, blasting, masking, plasma spraying/coating, grinding, polishing, and packaging processes.18. Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished components using appropriate measuring instruments.19. Review engineering drawings, specifications, inspection standards, and customer requirements.20. Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions with Production.21. Maintain NCR, CAPA, inspection reports, quality records, and other QA documentation.22. Coordinate with Production, QC, Store, Purchase, and other departments for quality-related activities.23. Support continuous improvement activities to reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
