Electronics Testing Equipment' Quality Testing Inspection production

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform in-process inspections and quality checks at various stages of production.Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and process requirements.Analyze quality-related issues and identify root causes using quality tools.Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.Monitor process parameters and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Conduct first-piece approval, patrol inspection, and final verification activities.Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and process documentation.Support internal audits and customer audits.Monitor non-conforming products and ensure proper segregation and disposition.Participate in continuous improvement projects related to quality, productivity, and process efficiency.Train operators and production staff on quality requirements and inspection standards.Ensure adherence to ISO/IATF quality management system requirements.

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required standards of quality.
