Key Responsibilities
Perform and supervise NDT inspections using techniques such as:
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Radiographic Testing (RT)
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
Visual Testing (VT)
Eddy Current Testing (ET) as applicable
Review and interpret inspection results, technical drawings, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and quality management systems.
Develop, review, and maintain NDT procedures, inspection plans, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor inspection processes and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and technical documentation.
Support internal, customer, and third-party audits.
Assist in qualification and certification activities for NDT personnel and equipment.
Ensure calibration and maintenance requirements for NDT equipment are met.
Promote workplace safety and adherence to applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
