Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI systems.

Create prompt libraries, templates, and reusable frameworks for business applications.

Evaluate AI responses and continuously refine prompts to improve performance, relevance, and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, HR, Operations, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI interactions.

Conduct testing, experimentation, and performance analysis of prompts using established evaluation metrics.

Document prompt engineering standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.

Stay current with advancements in generative AI, prompt engineering techniques, and emerging tools.

Support AI implementation projects and provide guidance on effective AI usage across the organization.

Ensure prompts comply with organizational policies, ethical AI principles, and data privacy requirements.

Develop workflows that integrate prompt engineering into business processes and automation solutions.
