Modify dies: Make adjustments or alterations to molds and dies as needed to meet production requirements.5. Collaborate with team: Work closely with other team members, such as machinists and engineers, to ensure die performance meets production needs.Required Skills and Expectations:1. I.T.I. certification: Must have completed a relevant I.T.I. course in die fitting to demonstrate understanding of die maintenance and repair.2. 3-7 years of experience: Solid experience in die fitting within a manufacturing setting to effectively handle die repair and maintenance tasks.3. Mechanical aptitude: Strong mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with dies efficiently.4. Attention to detail: Ability to carefully inspect and assess dies to accurately identify and address any problems.5. Team player: Capable of working collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and maintain die performance.
