📝 Job Description:

We require a skilled Assembly Technician for our robotics assembly line. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling, and mechanical maintenance of robotic modules and automation machines.

/ Mechanical Fitters for our robotics manufacturing and assembly unit. Candidates will be responsible for robot assembly, part assembly, and integration of automation modules.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical parts, brackets, motors, gearboxes

• Fit and align mechanical systems for robotics modules

• Use tools like drilling machines, grinders, spanners

• Maintain assembly and safety standards

• Assemble robotic arms, control panels, brackets, motors, sensors, and conveyors

• Read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings and blueprints

• Perform fitting, alignment, and wiring of robotic systems

• Use of hand tools and power tools like grinders, drills, spanners, and torque wrenches

• Collaborate with electrical and R&D teams during machine setup

• Quality check of assemblies as per company standards

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related trade, ITI (Fitter/Mechanical)

• 1-3 years experience in Robot Assembly / Auto

DSI is the pioneer of pipeline inspection robotics in India. DSI started the indigenous manufacturing of pipeline inspection robots in 2007 while executing the inspection works for Delhi Jal Board for the work of rehabilitation of trunk sewers in Delhi.
