Structural BOQ & provisional structural cost sheet (RCC, steel, formwork, shoring, excavation). Occupancy/people-flow capacity table and live-load justification per space. Risk register (top structural risks + mitigation & estimated costs). Handover checklist & site inspection reports during construction.Authority & Reporting Reports to: Head of Engineering / Project Director. Authorities: Approve structural drawings for construction (within delegated limits), stop works for critical structural safety issues, approve contractor temporary works drawings.
