Required Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).Strong communication and customer service skills.Good knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).
