Advocate Female Graduate Jobs in Hyderabad

Looking for Junior Advocates willing to work across all courts in Hyderabad and need to have two wheeler for commute. Need to represent in Courts and evening attend office for next day paper work and briefing.

Duties & Responsibilities:1) Handling and management of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation and other legal related issues2) Dealing with Courts, Advocates and Investigators for effective handling of claims 3) Appointment of advocates and Regular follow up with Advocates for opinions for compromise/contest 4) Adducing evidences in legal claims 5) Adherence to internal processes and external regulations 6) Coordinate with internal customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims 7) Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts 8) Review of cases and proper maintenance of case file and details in system 9) Coordination with local regulatory and administrative bodiesQualification: MBA(Insurance/Legal) OR LLBRelevant Work-experience Required
