Provide training and mentorship to field officers to enhance their knowledge and skills. Collaborate with other team leads and departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Serve as a point of contact for escalations and complex inquiries from field officers and clients. Analyse team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations within the team.
