Joining MLS means working closely with management in a stable, hands-on environment where your work directly supports the company's growth.Key Responsibilities:- Record daily purchase, sales and other transactions accurately in Tally- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices and supporting documents.- Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.- Prepare bank, supplier, customer and ledger reconciliations.- Handle GST work: calculations, reconciliations, return preparation and timely filing.- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices and expense bills against supporting documents.- Maintain records of cash transactions, petty cash and business expenses.- Conduct monthly and annual internal audits and support statutory audits when required.- Identify discrepancies and work with the relevant departments to resolve them.- Prepare monthly accounting reports for management.Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.- Hands-on experience with Tally.- Good knowledge of GST, GST returns and reconciliations.- Working knowledge of MS Excel for reconciliations and reports.- Sound understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.- Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to keep financial information confidential.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Languages:Telugu: MandatoryEnglish: Good spoken and written communicationHindi: PreferredPreferred Candidates: Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food products, sweets, namkeen or beverage companies will be an advantage.
