Making bills , handling customers on call

1. To make estimates of Windows as per clients requirement in Excel format2. To handle expenses of supervisors4. To keep track of all kinds of business expenses5. To manage Project Files6. To assist Sr. Accountant in day-to-day basis7. And to cater to any other requirements that arises time to time suitable to your profile

Responsible for handling accounts activity such as cash, bank, assets, various report generation, etc. Responsible for calculating salary / EPF / ESI / TDS workings. Responsible for doing Bank Reconciliation weekly. Responsible for paying a monthly payment of Service Tax / PTO.

1) Sales, purchase, receipts, payments.2) Bank Reconciliation.3) Petty Cash.4)TDS Knowledge must.5) Follow up for outstanding.6) Vendor payment.7) Knowledge of GST must.
