We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel's operations in Solan. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a diploma in hotel management or a related field. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service and smooth day-to-day operations.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Manage daily operations:** Oversee all aspects of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and dining to ensure a seamless guest experience.- **Staff management:** Train, supervise, and support hotel staff to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.- **Customer service:** Address guest complaints or issues promptly and ensure guests have a positive experience during their stay.- **Budget management:** Assist in budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring that the hotel operates within financial guidelines.- **Maintain facilities:** Regularly inspect hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.- **Marketing and sales:** Collaborate on marketing strategies to boost occupancy and promote special events or packages.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The successful candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
