Associate/SR. Associate

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel's operations in Solan. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a diploma in hotel management or a related field. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service and smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage daily operations:** Oversee all aspects of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and dining to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- **Staff management:** Train, supervise, and support hotel staff to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.

- **Customer service:** Address guest complaints or issues promptly and ensure guests have a positive experience during their stay.

- **Budget management:** Assist in budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring that the hotel operates within financial guidelines.

- **Maintain facilities:** Regularly inspect hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.

- **Marketing and sales:** Collaborate on marketing strategies to boost occupancy and promote special events or packages.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The successful candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with guests and staff effectively. A good understanding of budgeting and financial management is necessary to keep the hotel profitable. The candidate should also be flexible, able to work various shifts, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in hotel management software will be an advantage.
