To assist and provide real time updates on status of transactions. Out Bound Call beneficiaries and correspondents to ensure payouts are done immediately. Email -to be responded at the earliest, and ensure that no emails are unanswered. Provide support Ria India Locations and our principle agent head office on managing their credential (Unlock user & password reset). Ready to work on Shift.JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES Attend incoming call from CS Hub of all regions, Sending agents and remitters, Beneficiary. Make out going call to the beneficiary & Correspondent to ensure payout are done on time. Provide support to Ria India locations and our principle agent head offices on managing their credential (Unlock user & Password reset. Work on unpaid transitions to get it paid. Monitoring bank deposit transaction are processed timely. Managing IMPS and NEFT Report received by correspondent. Rejected & Returned transactions to be updated, especially India IMPS & NEFT. Notify concerned to resend transactions. Follow up with correspondent for any unpaid transaction (Bank Deposit) Email to be responded at the earliest, and ensure that no emails are unanswered. Ensuring customer inquiries and issues are addressed timely and accurately. Also, to check if the entire process is updated into Fx Online accurately. Investigating and solving customers problems, which may be complex or long-standing that have been passed on or escalated. Working along with Compliance dept. on getting updates from regulators and implementing them real time, team to be updated on all important regulations.SKILLS AND ABILITIES A fluent level of English and Telegu as well as any other language

JD : - Managing the Business Development activities for Central Part of India. - Responsible for expanding the retail network across the region. - Responsible for signing new Banks, NBFC, Groups in the region.- Manage the relationship with the existing partners in the region. - Increase the Brand awareness in key markets. - To increase the productivity of the retail network.- Regularly run programs to convert the dormant agents to active- Responsible to increase the transaction volume in the region. - Responsible for location readiness to serve the customers. - Executing BTL programs. - Responsible for managing and driving the Master Agents resources in the region. - Responsible for Business Operations in the assigned region. - Conducting regular business reviews with agents - Regular coordination with the internal teams Operation, Marketing & Compliance. Profile : - More than 15 years of experience in Business Development & Sales and Relationship Management. - Should have prior experience working with the cross functional teams.- Prior work experience in Western Region. - Financial services market understanding of Western region. - Experience in retail sales would be an added advantage. - Prior experience in building the brand awareness in the retail market would be an added advantage- Should posses good working knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot, V-Look up & Power BI would be an added advantage. - Willingness to travel.- Should have the ability to work on minimum supervision.
