jd :
- managing the business development activities for central part of india.
- responsible for expanding the retail network across the region.
- responsible for signing new banks, nbfc, groups in the region.
- manage the relationship with the existing partners in the region.
- increase the brand awareness in key markets.
- to increase the productivity of the retail network.
- regularly run programs to convert the dormant agents to active
- responsible to increase the transaction volume in the region.
- responsible for location readiness to serve the customers.
- executing btl programs.
- responsible for managing and driving the master agents resources in the region.
- responsible for business operations in the assigned region.
- conducting regular business reviews with agents
- regular coordination with the internal teams – operation, marketing & compliance.
profile :
- more than 15 years of experience in business development & sales and relationship management.
- should have prior experience working with the cross functional teams.
- prior work experience in western region.
- financial services market understanding of western region.
- experience in retail sales would be an added advantage.
- prior experience in building the brand awareness in the retail market would be an added advantage
- should posses good working knowledge in excel, powerpoint, pivot, v-look up & power bi would be an added advantage.
- willingness to travel.
- should have the ability to work on minimum supervision.
