Policy Development and Compliance:- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.- Ensure company-wide compliance with HR policies and procedures.7. Employee Engagement:- Plan and organise employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.- Monitor and analyse employee feedback to identify areas for improvement in the workplace.8.
