The Mechanical Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process from start to finish, ensuring products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, implementing process improvements, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering degree, 5-7 years of experience in a production environment, and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and be willing to work from the office location in Bangalore.

Should have the knowledge of TC Machine operation & control. Should have the knowledge of basic computer and MS office Should be able to good verbal and written communication. Set-up and manage TC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling. Monitor tool settings, adjust offset and replace insertion of tool and ensuring operation of the machine promptly. Detect and report defective material and any problems with the machine. Should be able to understand the FANUC / MAZAK programming control. Should be able operate small equipment and power tools. Document all problems on hourly piece count sheet and maintain all required paperwork in an accurate manner. Follow all Safety Rules and Regulations.

Should have the adequate knowledge of MS Excel to make daily production report to the Shift Supervisor. Should be able to use all relevant measuring instruments. Should have strong technical skill to do setting and programming in VMC machine. Should be able to operate FANUC/HAAS machine control, recording the data and first piece of inspection for each job. Should take responsibility for quality of the products during the manufacturing, final stage and improve the process and involving kaizens and poka-yoke.

Manage all accounting transactions with proper documentation and maintaining the records frequently. Should have the knowledge of Tally ERP 9 software and Tally Prime 2. Should be able to communicate good verbal and written in English. Should be able to handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and support to senior accounts team. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and track all payables & receivables. Should be able to control Inventory. Should be able to process order in Tally Prime. Ability to maintain bill of materials & reports. Implementation of GST in Tally Prime. Payroll. TDS and TCS.

Ability to use Lookup and reference functions ( V lookup , H lookup , Index) Should be able to use V lookup to consolidate data from Multiple sheets Ability to use templates for standardization of worksheets. Should be able to format charts, use 3d graphs, bar and line chart together. Skill in modifying data in Excel / Chart so would automatically get updated in chart. Should know Pivot table creation, function, calculation, graph and formatting ( Removing old data , Grand total, sun -total etc.)

Should be able to setup font size, style, alignment, filter, format, etc., Should be able to do basic setup like inserts picture, shapes, tables, header, footer, charts, etc., Should be able to do page formatting and page setup. Should be able to write conditional expressions ( Using IF ). Ability to use Lookup and reference functions ( V lookup , H lookup , Index) Should be able to use V lookup to consolidate data from Multiple sheets Ability to use templates for standardization of worksheets. Should be able to format charts, use 3d graphs, bar and line chart together. Skill in modifying data in Excel / Chart so would automatically get updated in chart. Should know Pivot table creation, function, calculation, graph and formatting ( Removing old data , Grand total, sun -total etc.) Should be able to communicate good verbal and written in English Skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and support to seniors. Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, or optical scanners. Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, MS office, spreadsheet, database, or other company software. Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
