Ensure all Machine Productivity and Quality of Producing parts.

Should be able to read complex drawings, select cutting tools and parameters based on the program.

Should have adequate knowledge of MS Excel to make daily production report to the Shift Supervisor.

Should be able to use all relevant measuring instruments.

Should have strong technical skill to do setting and programming in TC machine.

Should be able to operate FANUC/MAZAK machine control, recording the data and first piece of inspection for each job.

Should take responsibility for quality of the products during the manufacturing, final stage and improve the process and involving kaizens and poka-yoke.
