Should have the knowledge of VMC Machine operation & control.

Should have the knowledge of basic computer and MS office.

Should be able to good verbal and written communication.

Set-up and manage TC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling.

Monitor tool settings, adjust offset and replace insertion of tool and ensuring operation of the machine promptly.

Detect and report defective material and any problems with the machine.

Should be able to understand the FANUC/HAAS programming control

Should be able operate small equipment and power tools.

Document all problems on hourly piece count sheet and maintain all required paperwork in an accurate manner.

Follow all Safety Rules and Regulations.
