CNC & VMC Operator

• Should have the knowledge of VMC Machine operation & control.

• Should have the knowledge of basic computer and MS office.

• Should be able to good verbal and written communication.

• Set-up and manage TC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling.

• Monitor tool settings, adjust offset and replace insertion of tool and ensuring operation of the machine promptly.

• Detect and report defective material and any problems with the machine.

• Should be able to understand the FANUC/HAAS programming control

• Should be able operate small equipment and power tools.

• Document all problems on hourly piece count sheet and maintain all required paperwork in an accurate manner.

• Follow all Safety Rules and Regulations.
