VMC Setter

• Ensure all Machine Productivity and Quality of Producing parts.

• Should be able to read complex drawings, select cutting tools and parameters based on the program.

• Should have the adequate knowledge of MS Excel to make daily production report to the Shift Supervisor.

• Should be able to use all relevant measuring instruments.

• Should have strong technical skill to do setting and programming in VMC machine.

• Should be able to operate FANUC/HAAS machine control, recording the data and first piece of inspection for each job.

• Should take responsibility for quality of the products during the manufacturing, final stage and improve the process and involving kaizens and poka-yoke.
