Role:The Sales Development Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales development team to drive lead generation and support overall sales growth.Key Duties1. Team Management: - Recruit, train, and mentor the sales development team.- Set performance goals and conduct reviews.2. Lead Generation: - Develop and implement strategies to identify and qualify leads.- Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns.3.
