Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and research potential clients in target industries.Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.Client Engagement:Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' business processes and challenges.Present BPO solutions and services to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their requirements.Proposal Development:Collaborate with the solution and delivery teams to create customized proposals that address client needs.Prepare and present compelling proposals, emphasizing the value proposition of our BPO services.Negotiation and Closing:Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns and objections to secure successful deals.Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise.Market Intelligence:Qualifications:Proven experience in BPO sales or a related field.Strong understanding of business processes and outsourcing solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Benefits:Competitive salary with commission structure.

Responsibilities: Verify patient information and insurance details. Accurately assign medical codes to diagnoses and procedures. Prepare and submit insurance claims, tracking their status. Calculate patient fees, deductibles, and copayments. Resolve billing inquiries and issues professionally. Analyze billing data for trends and generate reports. Ensure compliance with medical billing regulations and HIPAA. Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing problems. Identify and implement process improvements.

JD-Team Management: Set clear performance expectations and goals for the sales team. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. Resolve conflicts and address any issues within the team.Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives. Create sales forecasts and budgets for the team. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for Improvement.Sales Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Primary Responsibilities:- Collaborate with advisers to receive task assignments and understand project requirements. - Accurately document task requests in the Smart Sheet for seamless task tracking. advisers, ensuring alignment with the provided advice.- Review End Users' details to identify any missing information and initiate corrective actions- Play a pivotal role in data collection, including assessing the need for supplementary information through super and insurance research activities.- Liaise with Advisers to seek clarifications or obtain additional information as needed.- Generate, prepare, and edit reports, ensuring they adhere to high-quality standards and effectively communicate financial insights. Minimum Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in finance or a relevant degree. Freshers/experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Strong background in financial planning, investment, and insurance. Exceptional command over the English language Profound understanding of the financial planning process. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent report-writing skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Knowledge & Skills: Possession of a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is a definite advantage. Additional certifications from reputable institutions such as FPSB, NCFM, etc., are preferred. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using MS Word and Excel.
