Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients in target industries.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Client Engagement:
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' business processes and challenges.
Present BPO solutions and services to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their requirements.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the solution and delivery teams to create customized proposals that address client needs.
Prepare and present compelling proposals, emphasizing the value proposition of our BPO services.
Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns and objections to secure successful deals.
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise.
Market Intelligence:
Qualifications:
Proven experience in BPO sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of business processes and outsourcing solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
