Job Title: Civil Site SupervisorDepartment: Projects / Civil EngineeringReports To: Project Engineer / Project ManagerLocation: COIMBATORE________________________________________Job Purpose:The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, within schedule, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the site. Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with vendor and labour teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain daily site reports including manpower, materials used, and progress of work. Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and design standards. Assist the Project Engineer in planning and scheduling of work. Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment. Report any delays, issues, or non-conformities to the Project Engineer or Project Manager. Implement site safety practices and ensure adherence to company safety policies. Liaise with quality control and survey teams for verification and inspection of works. Coordination with manpower recruitment for your team. Maintain discipline and control among site labour and ensure timely work completion.________________________________________Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, materials, and standards.
