job purpose:

the civil site supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, within schedule, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.

key responsibilities:

- supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the site.

- ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

- coordinate with vendor and labour teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- maintain daily site reports including manpower, materials used, and progress of work.

- inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and design standards.

- assist the project engineer in planning and scheduling of work.

- ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.

- report any delays, issues, or non-conformities to the project engineer or project manager.

- implement site safety practices and ensure adherence to company safety policies.

- liaise with quality control and survey teams for verification and inspection of works.

- coordination with manpower recruitment for your team.

- maintain discipline and control among site labour and ensure timely work completion.
