Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor

Department: Projects / Civil Engineering

Reports To: Project Engineer / Project Manager

Job Purpose:

The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, within schedule, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

�� Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the site.

�� Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

�� Coordinate with vendor and labour teams to ensure smooth project execution.

�� Maintain daily site reports including manpower, materials used, and progress of work.

�� Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and design standards.

�� Assist the Project Engineer in planning and scheduling of work.

�� Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.

�� Report any delays, issues, or non-conformities to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.

�� Implement site safety practices and ensure adherence to company safety policies.

�� Liaise with quality control and survey teams for verification and inspection of works.

�� Coordination with manpower recruitment for your team.

�� Maintain discipline and control among site labour and ensure timely work completion.

Educational Qualification:

�� Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Experience Required:

�� Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil construction supervision (in building, infrastructure, or industrial projects).
