Roles and responsibilities:
— Responsible for conducting the English skill training for the new students at the assigned Lighthouse.
— Classroom delivery of English content to improve students job readiness.
— Conduct timely student assessments.
— Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students.
— Timely reporting back on the progress of training at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer.
— Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
— Sharing training reports as and when required.
— Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.
Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:
— Post Graduate or Graduate in English/Journalism/Mass communication / linguistics or in any field,
with 1-2 years of experience preferably in English training or teaching.
— Must be an energetic individual who loves interacting with students from all walks of life.
— Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
— Excellent presentation and teaching skills.
— Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students.
— Strong and empathetic behavior
— Ability to build a strong cultural system and be a role model for the youth/students
— Commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation
