Fully responsible for the preparation of salads, appetizers, cold main courses, cold canaps, terrines, pates, cold trays, platters, cold soups, sauces and dressings in accordance to the main restaurant menu cycle and room-service, and by following recipes, methods and pictures.

1. Supervision and Leadership: Provide leadership and supervision to the front office team. Train, mentor, and guide junior staff in their duties and responsibilities.2. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting visitors. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain a customer-friendly and welcoming environment.3. Communication: Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and packages. Communicate effectively with other departments and team members.4. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments for executives or other team members.5. Record Keeping: Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment calendars, and other records. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in front office systems.6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and other team members as needed. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.7. Facilities Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained. Coordinate with facilities management for office maintenance and repairs.8. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise in the front office. Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.10. Technology Proficiency: Utilize and manage office software, communication tools, and equipment efficiently. Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to the front office.11. Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Keep abreast of industry regulations and implement necessary changes.

Making sure the kitchen is a safe and hygienic place to work. Organising the inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies. Helping to plan menus, apportion ingredients and use food surpluses. Control portion costs by working out the number of portions per food batch.

Helps in the design of food and drink menu.Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition.Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchens performance.Prepares food properly if require.Schedules staff shifts.Trains new employees.Orders food supplies.Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment.Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the kitchen.

Enters and prepares the room for cleaning, dusts the room and furniture, replenishes guestroom and bath supplies., cleans the bathroom, and cleans the closet., vacuums and racks the carpet, checks and secures the rooms.Replenish amenities according to operational standards, Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests, and perform rotation cleaning duties, clean guest bathroom/bedroom/floor corridor, anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day, maintain positive guest relations at all times, monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas, remove dirty bed linen and make up the bed with clean linen, replace laundry bags and slips, dust and polish all furniture, responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water, and responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his work area.
