Must be okay with an on-field job of visiting partners daily and maintaining constant engagement with them. Must be having a network of partners with him or should be willing to make a network of onground partners and DSA's to ensure inflow of business. Should have relevant and updated knowledge about PL (product, policy, structure etc.) Team player should be able to work under pressure. Good networking skills. Good Communication Skills.
